MA Shattering Silence

 Nicholas Akerberg, 28, of Yarmouth Port, stormed the Woburn District Court wearing a gas mask and began attacking people with pepper spray. Akerberg has a history of arrests and using pepper spray. His lawyer told the court he is mentally ill and described him as sounding completely deranged.
