May 17, James Brett St. Clair, 38 of Arlington, was arrested after allegedly stealing a pickup truck with a trailer of rowboats as he drove along a bike path and then into Cambridge, damaging and destroying all of the boats and
trailers before he was finally stopped in Belmont. It was reported he wasn’t making any sense when he was pulled
out of the truck. He was ordered by the judge for a competency evaluation
